The Uzbek delegation headed by Minister of Agriculture and Water Resources Sh.Teshaev took part in the Forum “Expo Milano 2015 – in the future: agriculture to feed the world”, which took place on 4-5 June 2015 in Milan.
During the two days of discussions, presentations and discussions in the three sessions of the event were discussed the state and prospects of development policy in the fields of agriculture, food, food culture, food security. At the forum “Charter of Milan” was presented, signing which the citizens, companies and institutions take the responsibility for ensuring the right to food and to promote sustainable development in the world.
The work of the international agricultural forum was attended by more than 115 countries, more than 50 heads of ministries and departments, international and non-governmental organizations, as well as 370 delegates.
