Ravi Thapar appointed High Commissioner to Samoa

New Delhi, February 06, 2014 Ravi Thapar, presently High Commissioner of India to New Zealand has been concurrently accredited as the next High Commissioner of India to the Independent State of Samoa, with residence in Wellington.
