New Delhi, January 03, 2014 Gauri Shankar Gupta, presently High Commissioner of India to Trinidad and Tobago has been concurrently accredited as the next High Commissioner of India to the Commonwealth of Dominica, with residence in Port of Spain, an MEA rlease said.
