Tourist opportunities in the Kashkadarya region are not fully used. And why not build a sanatorium in Konsoy, where from the bowels of the earth streams of hot mineral water break out, forming a unique lake?! Local residents say that the water in the lake is curative, helps with allergies, gastrointestinal, skin and rheumatic diseases. The Khujaipok-ota area has similar features. Although these two sites are always lively, there is no question of any tourist infrastructure here. People bathe without proper supervision by specialists, eat in unsanitary conditions. In addition, they have to travel an extra kilometer before finding in the steppe zone this place, which is not indicated on the motorway.

A good demand is also expected for the services of the ski base, which can be created in the suburb of Shahrisabz, stretching to the mountainous terrain, building mini-hotels, landscaping. And in the city itself, where more and more tourists come, it’s time to build a conference hall or a palace of culture for celebrations, concerts, forums.
