Rahul Shrivastava appointed as the next Ambassador of India to Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela

New Delhi, April 17 Rahul Shrivastava, (IFS:1999), presently Counsellor in the Embassy of India, Moscow, has been appointed as the next Ambassador of India to Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela.
